We will negotiate the purchase price of your home for your buyer that will reflect the true value of the property and not the amount the Servicer and Investor want you to pay.† Please also note that if you successfully complete a Short Sale, your turnaround to buy a new home could be as little as 2 years versus 10 years with a foreclosure on record.† Results may vary depending on property valuation disputes, the Investor and the length of delinquency of the mortgage.

We will aim to have your interest rate reduced and to have your mortgage loan maturity date extended† for a more affordable monthly payment.† Results may vary depending on previous HAMP program eligibility and previous modification histories.







Agents & Brokers

Realestate Recovery Group also offers third party negotiation services for Real estate agents and Brokers on short sale transactions at no out of pocket cost. These services include seller and buyer document chasing, phone calls to the Short Sale Lender/Servicer, Title work prepared† for transparency on any additional liens that need to be negotiated and more.† Title work would only be included with an agreement to use Title Company of Realestate Recovery Group's choice.

With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Matt is one of the leading experts in loan modification, short sale negotiations and settlements in the country. During that time, Matt has gained a vast network of contacts that continue to help support his success.


Matt’s career began as the Director of a National ForSale By Owner program, which allowed Matt to quickly learn about the challenges and struggles faced by the typical homeowner. Over the next four years, and the programs rapid growth, he decided to switch gears and work with the homeowners as they faced the uncertainty of their home loan futures.


Unlike many in his field, Matt is personally connected to what he does. While in college, Matt’s own wife knew the pain of losing her family home to foreclosure. The devastation to her family has proven to be a driving force behind his success and relentlessness in protecting other homeowners from a similar fate. This is also why he treats everyone he works with in a kind and compassionate way. He knows this situation can happen to anyone.


During Matt’s time with Realestate Recovery Group, he has written 5 manuals on short sales as well as given over 100 presentations and seminars.
